These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and C6 Labs LLC, formerly CarbonApps LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the AwardClaw website, application, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
AwardClaw provides award flight availability monitoring, alerts, and intelligence briefings. We aggregate publicly available award seat data from airline loyalty programs and present it in a consolidated format. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any award seat data. Award availability is subject to change by airlines at any time without notice.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Program description. AwardClaw offers an optional SMS alert program that texts you when award-fare availability appears on the flight routes you have chosen to track. Each message identifies the route, cabin, points price and travel month, and links to the corresponding deal page on awardclaw.com.
Consent and enrollment. The program is off by default. You enroll by entering your own mobile number in your account settings, confirming it with a one-time verification code sent to that number, and switching the alert toggle on. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and we will never enroll a number you have not verified yourself.
Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with award availability, typically 1–3 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages sent and received according to your plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time, or switch the alert toggle off in your account settings. After you reply STOP we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending alerts to that number. You may re-enroll at any time by replying START or re-enabling the toggle.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by C6 Labs LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.
The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. AWARD FLIGHT DATA IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD BE VERIFIED DIRECTLY WITH THE RELEVANT AIRLINE BEFORE BOOKING.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARBONAPPS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless C6 Labs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
