Citi Now Shows Your Strata Welcome Offer Eligibility Before You Apply

Citi has added a new pop-up to some Strata applications that tells you whether you're eligible for the welcome offer before you proceed. In my case, I was pre-qualified for the card but not eligible for the bonus, making the distinction especially important for applicants.
