American Airlines Now Plans Starlink For Entire Mainline Fleet—1,000 Jets Including Widebodies

American’s expanded Starlink plan adds Boeing 737s, 777s and 787s to the Airbus rollout announced in May. Installations begin in early 2027, bringing its long haul aircraft into the upgrade, but no announced completion date.
