Amazon Prime Business card is moving from Amex to U.S. Bank

Amazon says its Business card will transition from American Express to U.S. Bank on August 14, with existing cardholders automatically moved to a new Mastercard. Core earning rates appear similar, but the annual cap for top Amazon earnings is reportedly rising from $120K to $150K.
